Nimesh Jhaveri, R.Ph. is Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer for McKesson Corporation. As a member of the Executive Operating Team, Nimesh is responsible for McKesson’s efforts across Inclusion and Belonging, Employee Resource Groups, Health Equity, Impact Innovation and Activation, Environmental Responsibility, Impact Strategy and Operations, and the McKesson Foundation.
Nimesh, a licensed pharmacist, joined McKesson in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Health Mart. Most recently, Nimesh was President of Community Pharmacy and Health, which includes field sales and operations, the Health Mart Franchise, Health Mart Atlas, Consumer Packaged Goods, development and innovation, marketing, independent and national accounts and emerging pharmacy channels. Prior to McKesson, Nimesh led healthcare services for the Walgreen Co., where he spent 29 years in various leadership roles leading business development for pharmacy practice design, automation and technology, pharmacy operations, human resources and corporate operations.
Nimesh serves on the board of directors for Northwest Community Healthcare; the board of trustees for Rutgers University and Rutgers Global Health; the board of directors for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS); the board of directors for American Institute of the History of Pharmacy (AIHP); the board of directors for SYT Surgical; the advisory board of directors for Illuminate Health; and the editorial advisory board of Pharmacy Times. He is also Chair of the Board of Directors for Imerman Angels.
Nimesh holds an undergraduate and professional degree in pharmacy from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration in organizational behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
